I was apprehensive until I received the first pair of glasses. They were perfect right out of the box. So I ordered another pair. Finally affordable high end glasses.

I had lenses replaced in two pair of frames with Eyeglassdirect recently, and I have a strong prescription (-9 ish). No complaints about the lenses, I can see just fine! Average turnaround time was approximately 2 weeks. In both cases my frames were returned in the same condition I sent them. I would definitely recommend this vendor to anyone looking to save some $$ on glasses.

I sent my son's old glasses in to be re-lensed. Unfortunately the frames broke when EyeglassDirect went to remove the old lenses. They called me on the phone and offered to substitute a free pair of frames (my choice, from their basic collection). The old frames were higher end (purchased from a local specialty shop), but it wouldn't have surprised me if my son had weakened them over time with his activities, or if the quality of the fancy frames just wasn't that great. Anyhow, since these were a backup pair anyway, I was happy to choose a substitute from EyeglassDirect's basic collection. Excellent customer service. Thanks!
