they were polite and came up with a solution to weld the frames of mine that were broken however they have broke again on the other side, I don't know if the weld applied weakened the weld or what but I don't have glasses to where at this time.

I suddenly found myself looking at a major road trip and I needed a new pair of sunglass lenses for my Randolph Aviator frames. Spoke with a phone rep, explained the situation and he said they'd do their best. They arrived on 8-19-2017, well befor emy drop-dead departure date of 8-27-2017. Bravo and Thank You!

Ordered 4 pairs of new prescription lenses in existing frames (across 2 orders). Everything came out nice but they were a little disorganized with their shipping. Sent me a message that the glasses were mailed back to me - to wrong address - called them to track the shipment and was informed that in fact they were still with them and would correct the mailing address. Took an extra week. Maybe it was a one off problem.

I did not receive a confirmation email when I sent in my frames with a new order for lens...so had to give them a call. Except for that, the quality and process was great. I will use again and do recommend.

I had broken the bridge on my frameless glasses. The people I bought the glasses from told me they couldn't be fixed. After doing some research I decided to try Eyeglassdirect. I sent my glasses and they were returned to me in a reasonable amount of time and the manage to find a bridge that would work for my glasses. Thank you again, now I can wear my expensive glasses again.
