At first, there was an issue with communication and I wasn’t receiving emails inquiring about my order. After 2 weeks, I received a text that customer service was trying to get a hold of me. Once that was cleared up, it took another almost 3 weeks to receive. I love my glasses! They are higher quality than what I purchased from another retailer. Very happy and looking for my next pair!

It took awhile but I like my new glasses very much. These are great glasses for the price. I wear progressives and the computer distance is not quite exact, but distance and reading are spot on.

love the frames ...really nice. Waiting time was good. Only downside is that the tint doesn't get very dark...can barely tell the tint while in the sunshine
