I placed my order on 8/16/26. I received the glasses on 9/1/26. I loved them however the shipping was longer than expected. I kept the glasses in the case issued when they weren’t being worn. On 9/21/26 put the glasses on. I bent over to pick something up & one of the lens fell out. That’s when I realized they were broken at the bottom of the left eye. I’ve tried calling the number listed but it goes straight to a voicemail that doesn’t specify it’s the company voicemail. I’ve messaged using the chat option & I’ve emailed with no response. I wanted to order more frames from this company but after this experience I’m not sure that I will. I’m very disappointed.
