Hi, Sorry you did not receive your order. The order was shipping to Tunisia via USPS 1st class international during the COVID epidemic. It's been in the Tunisia Customs Department since April, using the shipping service you chose. I don't see how you can hold us responsible for shipping delays when it is the Tunisia Customs Department holding it up. We packaged your order securely and shipped within 24 hours. If you would have notified us again that you still had not received your order, we would have gladly sent two more to you via UPS and you would have had them in 4-6 business days. As it is now, we are happy to refund your purchase. Best Regards, Mitch

Thanks for the review. I do appreciate it as it helps us understand how our customers feel. I'm glad you saved some $$. I don't understand why canceling your order since we had no plans on restocking that particular item deserves a one star rating though. Thank you for the review! Sorry you were not happy with the shipping service you chose. We did ship your order within one business day. UPS had a shipping holiday on Memorial day so they did not pick up the order until Tuesday. We do mention in our shipping tab that we do not ship on Memorial day. It did take UPS an extra day to deliver, most likely due to the holiday backlog. We did use the service you chose though we did offer free shipping. We also refunded your shipping charge upon request due to the extra day it took UPS to deliver. Again, we do appreciate all customer feedback, positive and negative as it helps us to determine our shipping options, especially around holidays. Thanks again! Mitch
