Package did not arrive
Package did not arrive, it was ordered last Sunday and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It’s been a week.

Thanks for contacting us! Sorry you have not received your item yet. We did ship your item using USPS 1st class which is what you chose during checkout. I’m guessing you selected it in error. You can see the shipping method on your receipt or on your order status page. Tracking shows your package was out for delivery today but was delivered to an agent which could mean the postal delivery person could not make the delivery and will try again on the next business day or it could have been given to someone on your property. Did you receive mail yet today? If so, please give it until tomorrow. We hope you will see that we did process your order efficiently and we did ship your item within 24 hours using the method you chose. If you do not receive it in tomorrows mail, please let us know.
