Ethernal
Good host, for a budget.
It's a good company, for a budget. at $3/GB I was expecting a lot less. So I created my server and everything was going smoothly. I loaded up my world with about 15 plugins and it was working fine, the RAM was a little low though. So I contact support to get a RAM upgrade and they say it'll take about an hour and that was fine with me. the following morning (10 hours after the server went down) I go to see if it's done and to my surprise, it wasn't. I contacted support and they said the network they were moving my server to was having some issues and therefore my server was also down. they offered to move it to a different network but they wouldn't be able to transfer my files (I backed up all my files before the server went down so this was no issue to me) I say it's fine and they still transferred my server (with the files?) do a different network. and it worked out ok. The support team was good and the 1 day of downtime wasn't bad. they didn't charge me the 3$ to upgrade from 1GB > 2GB so I can't be upset. The host is decent for small servers and mine runs ok for the number of people that's on it.
