I am using them from last 20 days. And I am sharing that experience. Websites speed - Loads very fast. (Most of the websites that I have their loads very fast. Really impressed. Was not thinking that the servers will be so fast) Control panel use - Spanel was new to me. So took some time to understand. But after few days I was able to navigate the panel properly. Customer Service - I contacted the owner of ExtraVM when one of my website was facing redirecting issues. He promptly helped me to resolve the issue. Overall, ExtraVM is a good host. Recommended.

ExtraVM support was helpful and responsive during my pre-sales questions. I was interested in their Singapore VPS plans for a game server setup, but the Singapore location was temporarily out of stock. Their team clearly explained the stock situation and provided me with a link to create an account and use the stock notification tool. The communication was clear and professional. I appreciate the support so far and look forward to trying their Singapore VPS when it becomes available again.

I'm a customer for 10+ plus years of Extravm. Firstly I used Extravm for hosting a minecraft server, that I kept for more than 2 years if i'm not mistaken without a single problem. Now I'm using the shared host for websites and the same quality from back then is still present. I hope ExtraVM lives for long years with the same quality so I can keep using it!
