ExtractionyReviews of extractiony.com

Terrible. Shipped quilcly, to a compeltely wrong address. The delivery picture is clearly not at all my address, even my city. This is a total scam company. Emailing them only tells you to contact the shipper. And when you contact them, they make you confirm 5 times and tell you to go to the wrong place to recieve order. I hate this company woth a burning passion and have 0 respect for them or there products. A total scam. I am livid. Do NOT spend your hard earned money here. They should be ashaed of themselves for being so awful and untrustworthy. 0 stars is lore accurate. DO NOT SUPPORT EXTRACTY!!!!

Took awhile to get, but so worth it !My kitties love it

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT. Go ahead and buy something but you won’t get it. They claimed the shipper made a mistake. Then sent it out again. But no updates. Then they said it was delivered but it wasn’t. And I should call usps but the tracking number they gave me to begin with is wrong. It’s a scam You buy something and the steal your CC number. Then pretend they sent you something. The scam also works when they send a little something like a piece of junk to someone in that zip code and pretend that was your shipment. You can’t get any information from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM. BELONG IN PRISON.

If I could give this a “0” I would. Been waiting 3 months for my hat and there has been zero communication. I reached out and haven’t heard anything back from them. Will never buy from them again and I recommend you don’t either.

Placed order for a hat on February 11, 2026. Got order # and tracking info. Based on that email, tracking showed order in Ireland for from 2/13 - 2/25. On 2/26 tracking shows in Alaska in customs. Since the 2/26 it has not moved. I have sent have seven letters to customer service. I have had a response evert inquiry with the same type of response. It’s on the way, we checked it’s coming, having logistics delays but it will be delivered. My last inquiry was on 4/2. On 4/3 they assured that my order is on the way. They also reminded me they will be closed for a 3 day holiday. Terrible service!!!!!!!

Ordered product in good faith, nothing arrived after 1 week, now 2 weeks and still nothing and no expected delivery date. Very Poor.

The clothing I ordered was terrible quality. They are refusing to honor their own return policy! They offered me 2 dollars for a 25 dollar purchase. Don’t go near them!

Briquao Co.,Ltd Is just a scam. I ordered a massive balloon ball and they sent a small glow in the dark balloon. I have informed PayPal however, I am sure I will get the usual response which is they want you to return it to China at your own expense and you never get the money back. Why can PayPal continue to let this company use their platform?
