Awful customer care
Ordered product in good faith, nothing arrived after 1 week, now 2 weeks and still nothing and no expected delivery date. Very Poor.

Expensive for cheap quality products and very slow delivery.
I received my package, even if it did take quite a long time to get to me. However, one of the "let's get lit" hats, the lights don't even work, which defeats the purpose. I have to say that for the price I paid overall, I am very disappointed with the cheap quality of the hats. And they are definitely not a "one size fits all" size. I won't be buying anything from them again. Don't believe their promises of fast delivery and quality merchandise!
