1 yr update(does this card even work?)
Even when i was using this card extensively i hardly saw any positive change to my credit score, if the reports made any impact at all. Sometimes it seemed like they werent even sent.

There are many factors outside of Extra that could be contributing to this, such as an outstanding amount in collections, or a tradeline that's not in good standing. Very poor customer support
Very poor customer support. I bounced between 6+ people before getting anywhere and they all asked me the same questions that I had already answered.

Need to use an atm, sorry bro
Need to use an atm? Surprise! Extra doesn't let you withdraw your own money. Used to be able to redeem points for gift cards but got dropped last year. So you pay 99$ a year to choose from crappy selection of junk. Charges randomly declined too. Be prepared for customer support overseas to give you canned responses via chat. Check out tomo, upgrade or juno if you want points for your debit card. No yearly fee for those either, unlike extra.

Extra grants Spend Power—based on bank balance, pending transfers, and member history. We can only approve a purchase if there is enough Spend Power on your Extra Card, which is why you may have seen a decline. We recommend keeping an eye on your Extra App to see where you're at. You have to pay $85 a year to have the card and I have not seen any significant value from it.

I have tried to cancel my account for a…
I have tried to cancel my account for a few weeks now and when I had a transaction pending I can get. But once everything got processed they still told me I had to wait for everything to clear. Even though everything was on my part. Yet my subscription date came up and i was forced to pay automatically the fee since I can't disconnect my bank account until they close my account. It's been almost 2 weeks since than and they have yet to send me anything with closing updates. Even though I'm trying not to use my card so I don't have more transportations pending at this point I'm just paying for something I can't even use.

Before we can close your account, all transactions need to be fully processed—while it may reflect in your bank account already, it takes 1-3 business days for our system to fully process a transaction, in which time we will be able to move forward. You can also update any subscriptions you have linked to your Extra Card with an alternate card, to ensure no more subscription purchases are pulled from your Extra account. Terrible customer service, terrible app, insanely inconsiderate policies and rules. I closed my account, forget that.
