Improve credit without debt
A little tricky to get set up at the start and you really have to track charges that haven't come out yet when doing your personal budget, but overall, great experience and am seeing improvements in my credit. Am thankful for an option to improving credit that doesn't involve going into more debt

Credit Builder
The building credit and everything is great but using the app on the phone is slow at least on my phone. Seeing transactions and how much you have in bank is nice. I would recommend to other people this card.

May be good for people with little or no Credit history
I’ve never had a problem with using Extra as far as the experience goes. I’ve been using it a year at this point. The app is a great companion and it’s rewards program is decent. I banked all the points and got around $50 worth of merchandise which offset the annual cost of having the card by about half. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that I got it hoping it would give my credit score a little boost, and as far as I can tell, it has not. Having said that, I simply don’t think it is for people in my situation who already have a variety of aged and revolving credit accounts. Having one more just didn’t do much for me, and actually changed my “age of Credit” average. I can totally see how someone younger with little no credit history could benefit. Extra does what they promise as far as timely reporting and what not. Your mileage may vary. I definitely recommend them.

Great way to improve credit
Is was very easy to apply & begin to use Extra Card. It gave me the opportunity to increase my credit score by using debit like I have been for years. It raised my credit scores so that I was able to open new lines of credit. Thanks to Extra Card I now have opened 4 new trade lines and have increased my credit worthiness. I highly recommend Extra Card.

Everything is great. Ability to update profile could be easier
Everything is great. They keep a close eye my account I am having hard time changing my address and ordering a new card.

Please note, our members security is of the upmost importance, and for these reasons, we require specific documents and information to finalize these changes.

Our system currently checks and refreshes your connected account balance up to three times a day. We understand that all of our members are unique and have different spending habits, and sometimes this just isn’t enough. We’re excited to say, we will soon be releasing a number of improvements, including an in-app manual refresh feature! This feature will allow our members to manually update their account balance any time within the Extra app. We will announce this to all of our members once this feature is live.
