Great help with my credit. Customer service could be improved. I use Extra everyday.

That we got started a little over a year ago and everything was going smooth! Then my bank and another bank was doing a merger and after the 2 banks become one there was troubles with me being able to use my EXTRA account. That after months had gone by and everyone working to resolve this issue, months had passed that I wasn’t able to use my EXTRA account; EXTRA assured me that everything was okay and that all the time that my account was down was added to the end of my membership time, so that I got the whole year’s membership!

Really good card to use as rewards and to help your credit score. Just wish they had better stuff for rewards but overall really great

Great to build credit but needs to update bank balances faster for less declined purchases

I wish they had more options of how ur credit goes and what u need to improve it

The service is all in all good. There are some glitches but it's good.

Great Experience so far with Extra and them helping me on the road to good credit.
