This card has helped rebuild my credit.

A Phone number with a live agent would be more customer service oriented. However, I must say that, the live chat concierge communicates well and in a quick responsive fashion. The concierge is effective, but it’s just to painful and humiliating to have to communicate this way. All in all, to be fair, Extra is a very good product. Can’t really complain to much. Thank You

This is a helpful tool to boost credit

I love the Extra card and while I would have given it 5 stars, there are 2 small gripes. First, I love that I accrue points to shop. I was previously able to convert them to gift cards (I chose Amazon) which gave me much more choices in buying things except that option seems to have been taken away. (Bring It Back!!!). My second gripe is that periodically, the card drops my banking information and I have to input it all over again. I was in Brazil the last time it happened and didn't have the info on hand so I had to quit using my card. There is no warning as to when this is going to happen and it could really catch someone in a bind if they didn't also have their other debit or credit card to use. I don't like financial surprises, especially when I am relying on the stability of a financial institution/instrument that I need to count on 100% of the time. Those are small but relevant concerns. Outside of those, I love absolutely everything about the Extra card.
