The customer service is out of this world! Quick response time, very nice workers, and typically get any issues I have fixed in no time. If you need to build credit but aren't a credit card person, you need to get Extra.

Been a customer for over a year and half now. Very good customer service. Quick and prompt responses. Does what it says! Card very easy and convenient to use! The app is very easy and handy to navigate. I chose the monthly membership plus rewards and the rewards are nice and updated quite often so pretty much something for everyone on there. Has definitely helped my credit than harmed it. Will continue to use in the future

I’ve been enjoying using Extra with no issues at all. And now that my credit union is having debit card issues I’m relying on my Extra card 100% with confidence in each transaction. I had one transactional concern arise and Elijah helped me understand the root of my concern and reassured me with kindness and patience. The concern was resolved by the end of the conversation. Greatly appreciated!
