Experience was amazing

Whenever I have a problem, the costumer service is quick on responding and helping me resolve the issue. The app is extremely user friendly and easy to learn how to navigate. As an added bonus, I do very much like the reward system.

I LOVE Extra! So convirng for me to have a credit card that uses money I already have! No paying off statements, and no worrying that someone will steal my debit card! Anytime I’ve had a question, my chats with customer service have been simple, pleasant, and effective.

Constant communication

I haven’t received my card but the customer care department has been beyond helpful and quick to respond to all my questions! I Can not wait to get my card. Elijah was very sweet and helpful to me today with my questions.

I spoke with a customer repp named MAVIRIC..extremely professional and kind. knows all the details of the business, and is conducted as a true professional. As a business owner myself, this representative MUST be promoted to a trainer for the customer service dept ASAP. That will make that promotion alone a major asset to the firm.
