Quick customer service concierge and great to raise your credit score. If the transfer time from banks were shortened by a day or two it would be perfect

So far my experience with Extra has been great no problems. And from what I can see I just hope everything plays out well. Has good customer service once you get ahold of someone.

I have had a wonderful experience with Extra since 2021. Consumer Service has been great in my experience. I've also enjoyed the journey of going from NO credit history, to good credit - thanks to this product. I tell people about it as an alternative to credit cards all the time!

I didn't have credit before using this card. It was my first credit card and honestly it did give me a great score for awhile. They used to have even better customer service when first starting, but I can't really hate on Extra at all. They've done overall pretty good in general. I only wish they'd up my spend power to the limit I used to have lol.

This extra card has been instrumental during the COVID pandemic

Almost everything is great about Extra! The only complaint I have is a bug I believe they're working on which is where my bank account/Extra acc disconnects often. Besides that I can't complain, my credit has risen tremendously in the few months I've been using.

Amazing an consistent

What they’re offering is a game changer. The only thing I would say that might not be for everyone, it’s a 200$ card. Things do take a couple days to process as well.
