It only helped my credit when I initially got the card. The good thing about it was getting the points to earn free gifts.

I would say the card served its purpose and all. Nothing to complain about that. I was just annoyed at the fact that they try to give out such a big impression of having good customer support, but when I tried to cancel next month’s subscription on the same day the payment fee renews itself, and with a few days of delay before when the monthly fee is actually charged, they said they couldn’t cancel the charge because they send emails, that just end up in spam, letting us know we will get charged in a few days.

It hasn't really helped raise my credit like I figured it would. It is a great idea and app though.

Good card. However was hoping for more applicable reports to creditors.

Card doesn't work in Puerto Rico which is a US Commonwealth. Was not told this nor was it disclosed when I began usage. Other than that I haven't had any real issues with the service.

Monthly charge us outrageous and I’m not seeing that big of a difference on my credit.

It did not improve my credit situation. I like the card and don’t know why. After getting another card, I’m trying to out the benefits of the card.

There is really no continued credit report after a certain number of months. The reporting of payments are delayed. The amount in my account never matches my true account amount.
