CREDIT CARD LIMITS NEVER GO UP
Response from Extra CardJan 19, 2023
Hey Roderick! Spend Power, how much you can spend on the Extra Card, is determined by bank balance, pending transfers, and member history. After successfully completing a certain amount of transactions, our system automatically increases your Spend Power. Please reach out to [email protected] and one of our specialists will happy answer any account related concerns you may have.

The money I been spending hasn't be reported to the credit bureaus If you offered to report all the expenses I made using your card and I see no reports in the bureaus, then is no reason to keep this account open. I don't need to discuss farther on this matter, because that is what you initially offered

Hey Sergio! I peeped your account and it looks like you're coming up on a year of being a member with us! First of all, that's awesome! You should definitely be seeing Extra on your Experian and Equifax reports. If you shoot us an email through [email protected], our credit specialist can look at this with you and confirm exactly what we've reported for you since you joined.

The reward system is garbage. When I first signed up it promised great reward items in the catalog including gift cards and points built towards trips and airline miles. Now all you can receive for your bonus points looks like a magazine or catalog from sky Mall. Just Chinese junk that will break.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the items in our rewards store. As a result of the feedback we’ve received from members just like you, our team is reassessing bringing gift cards back into our shop! We don't have a set timeline just yet, but stay tuned! And we always love to hear what items our members would be excited to have available in the reward store! If you want to drop us some suggestions through [email protected], we will take note!

Yall don't even report to a credit bureau that matters. So you have all these people thinking thier improving thier lives by using this dumb ass card that doesn't even let you spend what's in your account just what you let them and it doesn't even do as you claim!
Response from Extra CardDec 22, 2022
Hey Dakota! We currently report to Experian and Equifax. We're in communication with TransUnion, but do not have a timeline as to when they'll as us to their reporting matrix. If you have any concerns regarding your account, we're more than happy to assist you, and clarify how our product works. Please reach out to [email protected] and a specialist will help.

Honestly disappointed with this app after almost a year of being with them. They don’t update your balance enough throughout the day and they constantly have to send me back money because they take the wrong amount.

We’re sorry to hear your experience with Extra hasn't been everything you hoped it’d be! While we’re disappointed to hear this, we’d like to take the opportunity to tell you a bit more about our product, and the improvements we look forward to offering. Our system currently checks and refreshes your connected account balance up to three times a day. We understand that all of our members are unique and have different spending habits, and sometimes this just isn’t enough. We’re excited to say, we will soon be releasing a number of improvements, including an in-app manual refresh feature! This feature will allow our members to manually update their account balance any time within the Extra app. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, please reach out to [email protected] and a specialist will assist you. 😊

From the very start of the application for the card had been a total nightmare. 6-8 months later still don’t have a card that has worked and been paying for it . Been a complete waist of time and money. App doesn’t work to upload the dozen of so times for the documents they keep wanting .
