Terrible customer service. Promised my order would be delivered in 12 - 15 days. Two months later nothing and couldn't confirm a deliver date. Avoid this company.

Not Reliable. We ordered six pairs of expensive shutters. we were promised a ship days which came and ant without any notice from them. The second due date also came and went without a notice, forcing us to twice postpone painting. I would advise not dealing with this company.

We ordered custom painted composite wood shutters back in the fall. Not only were they very expensive, but they were shipped a month later than they told us we would have them, Once we received them and finally got a contractor re-scheduled to hang them we thought we had made a good decision. The shutters have been up for 8 months and the paint is already cracking and chipping off. Customer service told us that was normal and wanted to send me some touch-up paint. "TOUCH UP PAINT" in 8 months! I have asked to speak with someone in management and now they won't return my calls. I would never recommend these shutters to anyone, not to mention their customer service is terrible.

I am so baffled by the great reviews the vinyl shutters have gotten. It is almost like I was sent an entirely different product than everyone else. I was shocked at the shoddy, flimsy, poor quality shutters that I received in the mail this week. They are not at all like a previous pair of vinyl shutters that I purchased years ago from another company and that are still on my house in great shape. When I called the company about the poor quality of these shutters, I was told all vinyl shutters are made with the same material. I know this is not true, as these are a thin plastic that are stapled together, not at all like my older shutters. I don't understand all these positive reviews if they are reviewing the same product that I received. It just doesn't make sense. I got no satisfaction with my concerns when I called and spoke with someone at Exterior Solutions. I strongly recommend that you NOT order these shutters. I will not be able to put them on my house--they are that bad.
