I contacted their customer service with some questions about the custom shutters I was ordering. The rep was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was a bit concerned about ordering the customized shutters over the phone without having seen them especially because i noticed they are not returnable. However, the rep made me comfortable with ordering. The product arrived quicker than i was originally quoted. It was packed very well and my contractor said they were some of the best shutters he has seen and they were easy to install. I passed Exterior Solutions info on to him!
