This Express Scripts sucks. The hospital doctors are in with this money hungry company. I said i told doctor I want my meds through my pharmacy at CVS. They ignored me and sent it through Express Scripts. This company will give you the run around and not resolve the matter. They are overcharging me for meds I didn't authorize. I can't afford theses prices for a 90 -day supply.

Express Scripts kept sending me e-mails about how I could save money on my prescription by ordering a 90 day supply. I was paying $30 for a 30 day supply at a local pharmacy. I called, asked the price and was told $50. A 90 day supply is 15 ml so I asked at least twice if that price was for 15 ml and was told yes. Now the bill is $125 (that amount was never mentioned.) I called got a run-around, asked for the boss, got another run-around, asked for the next boss and got more of the same. I told her the calls are recorded and go listen. She called back and said the training department listened to the call and I was told $50 was for a 30 day supply. I explained that I clearly asked if the price was for 15 ml and was told yes. She refused to hear that and kept arguing at which point I hung up. Their definition of a customer is someone who is wrong.

I have missed two weeks of Humira prescription because of express scripts they get about 5000 for it. So they just lost 5000 in sales. Claimed they had dr paperwork but were waiting on insurance to authorize them . I got the insurance to call them and directly authorized them. Now they claim they are waiting Again for the dr. I called express script and asked the girl to transfer me to the specialty pharmacy. She asked twice how to spell Humira. Then she Asked me what is my dosage level. I told her she does not need that - she just needs to transfer me to the Humira team and I can tell them directly. Then she read off her computer about the drugs I am taking including one called “Humira” LOL. So it was on her computer the whole time. They are completely incompetent. Here is the hilarious part - I got a paper in the mail to transfer the rest of my non/specialty drugs to them away from CVS. There is NO WAY I want these problems with all my meds.

Express Scripts is absolutely horrible to deal with. They want pre-authorization for long term maintenance medications and they are very slow on processing and shipping meds. Very poor customer service. Been a long time customer with Cigna and because of this new partnership with Express Scripts I will be looking for another health care insurance company. Negative Zero ratings for Express Scripts!

Worst company ever! I pay tthough my nose for insurance and they can’t figure their stuff out! They haven’t provided me my insurance card. Why did Cigna tie up with them?? They are the reason US health sucks and is the worst in the world. Stop spending my $$ on lobbying with the corrupt politicians and serve your customers right!!!

As an employee of a physician's office trying to obtain prior authorization for a prescribed medication is very time consuming and very frustrating!!! After being transferred to several different employees, finally transferred to the appropriate person, the process (questions) for a P.A. is repetative. It seems as though this is an outlet for Express Scripts to avoid coverage of the medication for the patient. Prior authorization's need to be prioritized so that the patient does not wait to have their prescription filled and the physician's office does not waist time with the mass confusion @ Express Scripts!!!!

I tried to refill two Rxs with Express Scripts and they were both held up for unknown reasons. One was due to "address verification" despite no previous issues with my address and the other to "doctor verification". I never ONCE received a call or email about the hold ups. I tried to call customer service and they don't care. I literally just spoke to three people in one call and no one cared to look into the issue of communication. The headache isn't worth it.

There has been a resent problem with receiving my prescription, so I am know out of my heart medication. I have called the pharmacy several times. I left a message and did not get a reply. I finally called one of their other numbers and a young woman tried to help me get through. This has been going on for over five days now.
