This is a terrible company and should not be in charge of mailing prescriptions to those who are in need. Complete incompetence, a system that does not work, and customer service as well as other staff who simply make up information to tell you. Oh and 8-10 business days to ship your prescription.

They are horrible Insulin 10 days to process, out of insulin, wont rush it or do anything to help. They were not like this a few months ago, rep said do you want to speak to a Pharmacist to see what the health effects you will have being without this medication, are you fing kidding me, no I do not need to talk to anyone I know I will die. Such a bad company to bad I have not choice but to order my insulin mail order from them.

The worst company on Earth. All representatives are incompetent, this includes supervisors. I have called numerous times to explain my sistuation over and over. They say they will call back but NOBODY ever does. They are nothing but liars and representatives give out the wrong information. They claim they can't locate recorder converations because they know they are LIARS.

Would give a 0 if I could. Plan covers a med but their pre- auth denies it. Sad to pay money for insurance when it is covered, but really is not. Hope my company switches providers, this company is a joke

I don’t want my prescription going through the mail. I don’t want it possibly being stolen. And it really irritates me that they keep mailing me with letters that make it look like the only way I can get my medicine is to use their program. It’s shady, they don’t have good business hours or practices and they’re annoying as hell. I wouldn’t use this service even if it was free. My pharmacy is in between work and my house so there is absolutely no way on earth id ever want it coming in the mail

Terrible company to deal with. Either couldn't understand or didn't care that their dilly dallying delays had run me out of insulin. Barely spoke English and just kept reiterating that it would be cheaper to do mail order. $10 local vs $130 through them. If your insurance forces you to use them I pity you.

I had my doctors office fill out a prior authorization for needed medication, Express Script recieved it on 7/26 it is 7/30 and they still cannot even tell me when they will ship the medication through a convoluted DHL where it sits then USPS where it sits.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Sending prescriptions without my request and refusing to refund my money when I don’t take the medication anymore. Incorrect billing more than not- PAY ATTENTION CIGNA!! I would rather pay more than deal with this company. A perfect business case for incompetent management
