I saw a job listed online by Express in Tupelo MS. I thought I applied online, and it went really fast and it asked me for a resume or gave a choice to include my linkedin profile which I did. I decided to call them the next day at around 9am to check and see the status. I spoke with Sarah, we had a quick chat, she said the job was still available. She said she would call me back later in the afternoon. Well I never heard from her. I tried calling back later and got a silly message that they were all in a meeting. I guess a meeting puts their bizness on hold? Anyways I left a message. Again I never heard from her. its sort of funny in a sick way, they only have 3 jobs listed that are available, and they are apparantly too busy doing other things to take the time to return calls for those seeking their services. So far they have been pretty worthless as it relates to filling their clients jobs. So odd! maybe thats why they only have 3 jobs available. Also upon checking their other locations, they have a zillion of them all over the world, and its a franchise. I mean who would buy an overpriced franchise and have only 3 jobs available and not keep their word when they say they will call you back THIS afternoon. now its 3 days later since I saw the add and applied online, and I havent heard from them even after numerous calls.

I'd been having difficulties finding a job in my field throughout 2024 when Nicole from Express Employment reached out and connected me with a prospective employer. Within a few days I was already getting ready for a new, high-paying position in my field at no personal cost. The employees at Express are kind, understanding and supportive, and I'm so grateful to have thier support!

Myself & my Spouse both worked for Express. They have the most poor customer service, and lack of jobs in Jacksonville. The Philips Hwy location is terrible they lack communication and everything needed to make a staffing company excel. The Receptionist could use extensive training in front desk reception. Communication for them is via text no matter if it’s a job, termination or your pay. Some things deserve a phone call, but the Receptionist favorite word is I’m by myself and will leave you on hold for at least 5-10 min before serving your call. Another Express that have horrible service is Orange Park. We have used several staffing agencies in Jacksonville, but Express by far was the worst. They are highly unprofessional! If you’re seeking a temp agency seek elsewhere it will save you your value able time & efforts.

They phoned my Canadian cell (bought it off a telemarketing list probably). Asking me if I wanted a job. No and I told them to F-off.

I've always been able to trust express with finding me great employment. I would recommend them over any other temp service out there. No matter the work they will be sure to keep you busy and everyone I come in contact with is just so friendly. #teamexpress

My first impression of the company is great! The hiring manager follow up with me just like she promised. Hopefully, a great opportunity will develop with this company.

I'm with The Outlet, a mentoring program for males ages 8-18 + here in Springfield. Express & Masco Packing and Industrial Supply spent a wonderful evening with our youth. The food they provided was great and the engagement with our boys was heartfelt. Hats off to Mike, Don, Jeff and Lee for volunteering and bringing smiles to all of us. Let's do it again and even look at creative ways to provide job-shadowing and training opportunities for the young men we have the privilege of serving.

John & Dale were very persistent on finding me the job that best qualified my resume. Over all i had a good experience and Currently getting hired at Southern Wood Flooring & Supply. Great team at Express, staff has been very helpful. Julia does a great job with my time card i always receive my check 2 days early.
