I have contacted Express Staffing three times regarding potential employment opportunities, but I have not received a response. At this point, I am concerned about whether my application and inquiries are being given fair consideration. I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to work, regardless of race or ethnicity. I sincerely hope Express Staffing maintains fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices and ensures that all qualified applicants are treated with the same level of consideration and respect.

customer service employee was super rude, they scheduled me for a interview at a specific time and never called. When i attempted to reschedule i was left with a very sour attitude employee who said they'd get back to me. I would've recommended this prior to covid! This was a great spot, not sure what happened in the years between. PROS: -They may help you find a job (keyword may) -They often respond relatively quickly CONS: -Very rude staff over the phone -Low paying jobs a majority of the time -Rarely care for what experience you have or jobs your interested in, they just throw you into whatever is open

After I went to them my car coincidentally started knocking underneath my wheels or something and they inspected it and said everything was tightened down except for a plate I took my car to two other places and got inspections and they said I need new shocks and struts sway bar links looks like my axles need replaced and all kinds of other things and all those things are causing the knocking sounds and I think even I'm missing bearings in the back part of the wheels Express Pros just didn't want to deal with me because I gave them a bad review I tried to fix the review but he was rude at the store and called me out on my review so I said I'm neutral if you like being called out on your review or something but no not after getting two different good inspections they were wrong they told me my stress were all tight and new and it was all just lies in the guys that that did the inspections did not try to get money from me they basically said my car is done like I need to just sell it as it is so they weren't trying to get me to fix everything basically and that was at NRP and at tire discounters I believe.

I am looking for employment post-retirement! Vinny from the Pinellas Park, FL told me that a Parking/Pool Attendant at a local resort was mine for the asking. My first visit to the office, their on-boarding software was down. I completed this process at home, for the most part. Then at my second visit to this office, I completed the on-boarding process; Miranda told me the details of this position; I told them I still was interested. I also was interested in a part-time position at a local car wash and a weekend second or third shift receptionist position. Express Pros told me that I could only apply for one position at a time. I was later told that placements on the attendant position was on hold due to the resort's undergoing a restructuring their business. I was also told that the car wash position was being reconsidered by the client's "director". The receptionist position required hospitality experience, which was never mentioned in the job description posted on their website. Miranda was very arrogant when I dealt with her. Jessie, the female receptionist, stated that, every time I called this office to follow up on these positions, that both Miranda and Vinny were in meetings and that I would have my calls returned, which never happened. I will utilize other employment agencies and will consult an attorney if I can sue this company for deceptive advertising. I will also write to the owner of this Express Pros Franchise and the CEO at the Express Pros corporate offices. I will report this franchise to the State of Florida governmental agencies, to see if this specific franchise can be punished civilly or criminally. AVOID EXPRESS PROS IN PINELLAS PARK, FL LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They will fire you for not going to HR about your issues in the workplace.

I would not recommend any clients to do business with her nor any job seekers to apply here. I worked as an employment specialist and this was the worst experience EVER! the only good thing that came out of this was being able to help people find work. The only reason I stayed this long was because I wanted to make a difference and help others after working as a chemist for most of my adult life. The sales rep (she quit also) and myself were pretty much sink or swim! No proper training and when you asked the owner for help it was like walking on eggshells. She would look at you like a deer caught in headlights. Or start yelling at you or give you an attitude. I walked out in the job due to her hostile work environment she literally yelled at me until she lost her voice and tried to block me in the door way of the office like she wanted to fight me. Do not waste your time and effort applying there are better agencies around that will actually help you find a job. Her mindset is still in the military and if you didn’t serve she won’t even look your way or submit you for a job unless it’s labor. I’ve made several calls and emails to the corporate office and all have gone unnoticed, I guess they don’t care they have a psycho, belligerent, and a racist representing them! I guess they represent that also! She makes racist comments about white people that have made the sales rep and myself uncomfortable. My fiancée is Greek and my brothers are half Italian. And the sales reps husband is white and her children are biracial. I find that odd with her being a dark skin black woman and being a lesbian and making racial slurs is a bit hypocritical. I know how businesses are run professionally my mom owned a lab for years in NY and my brother owns successful body shops. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with trying to find a job. They were so disrespectful to me that I couldn’t believe the entire experience with the Bloomington staff was atrocious and humiliating to say the least and the way they made me feel on top of telling me that they weren’t going to offer me any job at all even though they contacted me through zip recruiter to offer a job they said was a perfect match then I decided to go in to the local office and that’s where the awful experience began and followed with they would not be offering me any work and were going to go with other candidates and gave no reason

I really should’ve read the reviews before trusting Express Employment Professionals in Covington. My experience as a white male was the worst I’ve ever had with any hiring agency. I see now a lot of people have had similar experiences. They push you to leave good reviews, but the actual experience is the complete opposite. The staff at this location, Krissy at the front and Emma as the “employment specialist,” were very unprofessional. Communication was terrible. They sent me to an interview for a job I would’ve never applied for on my own. It just wasn’t a good fit for me at all. I trusted them because they were so sure I had it, and I passed up another job that paid a little less because of that. After the interview, I never got a proper follow up. No call, nothing. Meanwhile I’m stressing about bills and trying to figure out what’s going on. When I brought up serious issues from a job site, like guys openly drinking on the job and bragging about being messed up while working, it was completely brushed off. I even sat there for about an hour trying to talk to someone about it and was made to feel like I was the problem for bringing it up. That’s not something small, that’s a safety issue. Nobody cared at all. Another big issue was the way things were handled with drug screening. I was told straight up that I would be marked as a pass without actually being tested, just based off how I look and the fact I have a valid driver’s license. That should be concerning to any employer using this agency because you really don’t know who they’re sending you. I even told them I had prescriptions and it still didn’t matter. The way candidates are treated doesn’t feel fair or consistent either. From what I personally saw and heard, certain people are talked about differently and given different types of opportunities. It raises real concerns about how decisions are being made behind the scenes. There’s no real accountability here. No HR, just a local office doing whatever they want. When I explained how much this situation affected me mentally and financially, it was basically turned back on me like it was my fault. Overall this place cost me time, money, and opportunities. I trusted them and got left out to dry. I would strongly recommend going to any other staffing agency around here.
