I got my passport quicker than I thought I would. From the first e-mails and phone call things went smoothly and they made it easy. They kept me informed of where we were in the process via e-mail. Great experience, tthanks

When I discovered my passport had…
When I discovered my passport had expired and had a trip given to us at the last minute, of course I panicked. Once contact was made with Passport Express, they assured me I could keep my itinerary and they would make sure my passport would come back in time. It came back earlier than expected and all my anxiety was allayed. Great service!!

excellent experience with a passport renewal. Got it back 2 days ahead of committed delivery. staff was professional and very clearly guided me thru the renewal process.
