Could not be happier! We needed a second passport to travel while our original passports were being held for visa approval. If you're looking for a first rate Passport Expediter: look no further. I researched 5 competitors and ultimately decided on Express Passport. They consistently update their customers via email with status notices on document submission, processing, completion and delivery. All of the reps (especially Jess and Josh) are available via email or phone to clarify the process or even provide additional details on your passport request. The employees are professional, courteous and patient - they make you feel like your passport is the only one they're working on. I will always highly recommend Express Passport and appreciate that my passport renewed in time for my Mexico trip.
