Couldn't have gone better.

With only two weeks to go until my planned trip to Cuba, I discovered my passport was lost. I had no idea where it was and turned the house upside down with no luck. I got in touch with Express Passport, but I had no idea of what I would have to do or how much time it would take. The rep was very helpful and sent me the relevant information immediately, smoothing out the way for me. She outlined exactly the documents I would need and directed me as to how to get those documents. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip for other reasons, but my new passport was delivered when promised.

Hands down from start to finish Express Passport provided the best customer service and support possible. They were very fast and efficient as well as able to answer all my silly little questions along the way. This is the standard all other companies should be held to and the best part is every time I called in you get a live person that is extremely helpful.
