Marvelous!!!
I needed to renew my passport quickly and chose this company to expedite the process. It was a simple and straight forward process, easy to follow and complete. We had one hiccup, the State Department didn't like the picture. We were quickly notified and sent in a new picture and had a passport in 4 days. Marion was wonderful to work with and answered all my emails promptly. I would definitely recommend them when you need a passport in a hurry

Great experience super help
I sent in my husbands passport on Thursday and had it back on the next Wednesday. I had questions about the application when I called them a young man helped me through it and stayed on phone with me until it was complete. Great communications great service

SUPER EASY..
We needed to renew my husbands passport in a limited amount of time so I went online to see how to do it and clicked onto the Express Passport site and decided to do it thru them. I got immediate response from Melissa and she answered all my e-mails right away and we had his passport in less than a week. Very nice to do business with

They exceeded my expectations!
I needed to get passports in a hurry for my daughters so that we can take a vacation to Mexico. I really was out of time but Janessa at Passport Express sent me everything that I needed right away, walked me through all of my questions via phone and email and I got the kid's passports 4 days sooner than expected! What a great service and the people there were so friendly and helpful!

Quick and Easy!
If you need your passport renewed in a hurry, this is the place to go. 10 days after shipping out from my local fed ex store my new passport arrived at my door. It was a little pricey for the expedited service and you need to know that the fee that Expresspassport charges does not cover your actual passport; just their service fee. The Passport is another $170. Having said that; I don't really care. I wanted my passport fast, paid for it, received it exactly when I was told I would receive it. Kick ass! THANKS!!!!
