You simply cannot trust anyone these days. Especially strangers on a public website! I took a huge chance by putting my faith into this Express Passport website by having them renew my passport in 1 day processing time. That was all the time we had before flying to Mexico for 2 week trip. We didnt realize my passport was expired until 2 days before our trip. BIG PROBLEM...YES! So, I saw Express Passport website, and quickly used the toll-free number posted on homepage to call and find out if it was possible for them to renew my passport in 1 day time. We spoke to Janessa, our case agent. She directly us clearly, told us exactly what to do. She was reliable. What she said would happen in our process, happened exactly that same way. We were counting on her and this company to save our trip from being delayed or cancelled because we had booked a non-refundable packaged vacation. Janessa sent frequent email updates to us through each stage because she knew we were stressing out and very worried. I would not trust ANY OTHER company out there to renew your passport except these people! Especially if you are in a major hurry. Take my word for it, I am an example of Express Passports & Janessa's trustworthiness, reliability, caring, professional services. This review of mine is real. In two hours I receive my renewed passport via Fedex. I leave at 4AM tomorrow morning to Mexico. We ordered this service from Express Passport only 2 days ago. I was a little nervous at first because I expected an email to show up in my inbox with my easy directions to follow to get the passport process rolling...30 minutes after I paid for this service. Well, it took a little longer than 30 minutes (probably an hour). Since I had never used the service before, I immediately thought I had been bamboozled. I was very relieved when the email(s) arrived. I had easy to follow instructions and a personal contact person who was available to answer my questions (if I had any) and waiting for me to reply back when my part of the process was completed. As promised, my passport was delivered within the time frame I paid for. Great service! I would use them again if I need any more passports renewed in a hurry.
