I had my doubts at first, thinking that it was scam, but I was really desperate. I had a ticket but no passport. Not only did I get my passport in time, but they got it to me through a winter storm advisory. I was really worried that I wasn't going to make my flight, so I called everyday. They were totally patient with me. They are also the most cost efficient ("cheaper") than the competitors. They are RIGHT ON TIME!!!!!!

I was originally really nervous about using a website to expedite my passport but I had such a great experience with this site I recommended it to all of my friends! And because I am a procrastinator I went from having it shipped 3-5 days to me to having it literally shipped to me overnight and it was delivered right before I got on my flight. I was impressed with the fast and easy service. I received my new passport in less than 2 weeks. It was very helpful to receive instructions from the agent via e-mail. The only problem I had was that I found I was unable to correct an error on the form and had to go back and start from the beginning. There did not seem to be a way to backtrack. A couple of times I entered something incorrectly and had to start all over again. Other than that, the whole thing went very smoothly

Hey, Express Passport is the way to go if you need your Passport fast. The staff is very professional... and expediting got my passport to me in record time,,,, even with a glitch with the State Department... all was handled quickly. Just can not say enough about them!!!!!
