I was in a bind to get a passport card for my 16 year old daughter to cross the border for a vacation in Rocky Point, Mexico and had to wait until the last minute until her mother finally allowed my kids to make their own decision to come with me for a family vacation. The ex wouldn't let me cross the border without proof of the passport card (even though the border agents sometimes just accept birth certificates or don't even ask for kids info) so I needed one in 7 business days. The local passport agency gave me the run around and not until I called Express Passorts and had them explain the process to me (Samantha talked to me) did I finally understand what the steps were to expedite the process since the local passport agency wouldn't guarantee anything less than 3 weeks after they took my money and the package, paperwork my daughter and I signed in their presence and her birth certificate. I had to drive back to the agency and pick everything up and then go back the next day and start the process again with my daughter to get what I needed for Express Passports. EVERYTHING that I needed was provided in clear e-mail instructions from Express Passports and Jacob was great on the phone answering my questions as well as via e-mail. Once the package was shipped to Express passports Thursday afternoon, their runner got the passport on Friday in a different state (Texas) and I had it back by Tuesday morning. Had I just called express passports I would have saved myself a huge headache and 3 trips to the local passport agency not to mention about $100 in overnight delivery fees to get it in 2 days rather than 4-5 days. You guys did a great job, especially JACOB who knew that the Houston Passport office was the fastest one in processing passport cards (as opposed to passport books) so he prepared all the paperwork for that specific place in Houston. Thank you Jacob so much for your clear explanations, promptness in communicating with with me, your e-mail updates and of course your patience with all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

This is the second rush processing I have done with Express Passport. As our business changes and grows we have found that there are, at times, emergent needs for passports and these guys do a great job. A++

I wastroubled when I found that the local agent for passports had no available appointments to assist me with getting passports for a sudden trip to Mexico. That's when I found Express Passports. The staff were eager to help me, had ready available information for me and assisted me through the whole process including accepting many phone calls from me. I got my passports within 8 days. We contacted Express Passport on Tuesday and despite local outbound schedules we had our passports by noon on Friday. Use them. They get the job done.

Jacob was most helpful in expiditing my passport. He walked me thrrough the procss, sent out email instructions promptly, and followed up during the day.
