I used Express Passport to renew my outdated passport,... after having put off the renewal process to what I thought was going to result in my having to cancel some foreign travel! The process they have you use is simple, easy to do, and is supported fully with access to someone to guide you if you have questions. I would recommend Express Passport to anyone needing a passport in a short amount of time. I needed a passport for an infant and they delivered in record time. I chose the 5 - 7 day service. My documents were delivered to the courier on a Tuesday and the courier sent the passport back to me on the Friday. If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems. However, please be aware that depending on the type of passport you are getting, you will need to go to an Authorized Agent (County Clerk or Post Office) to have your identity confirmed and the form signed by the Agent. Express Passport can not help you if you haven't done this step if needed. Once you have this done, then everything can be sent to Express Passport for hand delivering to a Passport Agency. A+++++
