Initially, I had issues finding a passport acceptance facility ( the list they provided did not have up to date information), but once I was able to send all my documents in, I got my passport back fairly quickly. Good experience overall.

I just received my husband's passport after just 3 days since we began the process of having it renewed. He had an unexpected travel opportunity come up and we realized his passport was expired. Upon searching the internet, I found Express Passports and have been amazed at how fast the service has been. From the moment I started this process to having the passport in hand, we are talking a 3 day turnaround. I am so impressed! The only complaint I would make is that they often answer the phone to just put you on hold for a long wait. If not for that, I would rate this company a 5+, but because my questions couldn't be answered quickly due to long hold times, I am going to go with a 4. (They could really use a receptionist or something!) All in all, though, a fantastic experience.

We needed a passport for our daughter at the last minute. There was a storm and we were unsure if we could get the passport within a day. But, they were able to accomplish this for us.
