I needed expedited passport for my 2 year old son to travel with us for last minute plans. I used Express Passport to expedite this as our travel date was 10 days away. I used the two day service. All of the documents that they needed were delivered to their office on Monday, and my son's passport arrived on Wednesday, as promised. I received email updates, and even called for status and everyone was very helpful and informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Express Passport. I've used other services in the past and ended up frustrated and anxious because you could never get a human to answer the phone or reply to emails regarding questions or to get status updates. These guys assigned someone to personally manage the process who answered questions in a timely fashion and delivered my passport as promised.

We were unsure about trusting a company with our passports. We not only got our new passports but they came earlier than expected. What mattered most to us was the fact that your company called us to let us know that fed ex would be delivering them the next day. We can't thank you enough for helping us through the whole process from filling out the forms to receiving our passports on time.

Hi, Many thanks for all the help I received from in getting a new passport. The instructions were very clear, phone help was great, and I got my passport with-in the expected time (in 2 days). It is an unbelievable experience. I wish the DAMN Indian Consulate guys learn the process from you folks in the VISA process. I am struggling in understanding the instructions given in their website. I was in a major bind and thought it was nearly impossible to get my expired passport on time for my trip. I completed my new application at the Passport Office and carried my secured documents to FedEx to be sent off on a Wed evening. I was completely shocked when I received my new passport at my doorstep Friday morning! These guys helped me through the process when I was confused at one point. They treated me as a VIP till the end by even calling me to inform me that my new passport had been completed and would be at my door the next morning.
