Going in to what I thought was going to be a nerve wracking experience, I was highly impressed from the minute I started working with Express Passport. Jacob was extremely attentive and made sure with a follow up call that I had all of my ducks in a row before I sent off the packet for processing. The turnaround time was faster than anticipated as well. I received my passport today. I couldn't have chosen a better company to work with and would recommend them to anyone!

I was in a real bind and needed my passport renewal within days. I called passport express and they helped thru the process. I got my passport in time for my trip and was so relieved. The service was great and they really came through for me!

The service was even faster than the advertised number of business days' turnaround for the level of service I ordered. Easy, fast and intuitive. You can do the entire procedure from a FedEx Office (Kinko's), as long as you have what you need to send them (old passport book, check/money order for the US Department of State), thereby getting the process underway within a few minutes of actual ordering since everything else is available online and printable. 10 minutes at a FedEx Office including the time to take a new photo. One weekend later, a new passport. Amazing service.
