Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paid for and promised 24 hour service...8 days later, still NO passport...also missed the planned business trip. Additionally no one answers the phone and you will not get a return call if you leave a message....regardless the number of messages you leave. I only wish I had read all of these other negative reviews before I used this company. They were at the top of the online search for express passport services....guess I learn my lesson for selecting companies based on their search position. Use another company if you need a passport....please take heed to this review and save yourself an agonizing experience. BEWARE

Horrible experience! All phone calls go into voice mail and no one returns the calls. If you are an existing customer they advise you to dial an extension of your representative ( voicemail again!) or you could leave a message to a mailbox that is full and doesn't except messages. I had some questions due to urgency of my situation but all I ever got was voicemail or got hung up on. Within hours of purchasing their services I canceled it. Again numerous calls to a voice mail to get my refund that was suppose to take 5 days, now it's week 2 and and still waiting. Very unprofessional company. They clearly don't care. Even if you cancel the order they made money on you, "non-refundable fee for services".. What services, numerous calls to their voicemail ? Buyer beware. Look into other companies for expedited services, companies that actually answer the phone and assist you with your situation! DO NOT USE EXPRESS PASSPORT!

Express passport was so very unhelpful. Anytime I would call my agent ((name)) she would NEVER answer. I called and emailed her multiple times for 2 weeks for questions and I never received a answer for. It got to the point where I was calling the main line, but all they would do is put me through to her or hang up on me. I ended up missing my trip and almost lost my job due to their horrible communication. I wish I could give them 0 stars- that is what they deserve!! DO NOT USE EXPRESS PASSPORT.

I paid for a contract for this company to expedite my new passport in a given amount of time. There was almost no communication from them regarding the timing and receipt of my materials. The passport was NOT given to me on the requested time and I had to cancel a flight. They customer service was practically non-existent. I asked for compensation for their late delivery of my passport which due to their negligence, and I was ignored entirely. This was incredibly frustrating, these people clearly don't care about their business or customers rights. I would have gladly paid double if they had gotten my passport to me in time, instead it didn't arrive at the specified date and I had to spend way more money to rejigger my flights and missed business meetings. They should be shut down.

I had my information to Express Passport on the 10th and paid them to expedite my passport in two weeks time as I was leaving to go out of the country on the 7th of the following month. After a long delay and no response from Express Passport I contacted the State Dept. directly. They indicated my packet did not include a signed release from express passport with their contact info on it. After getting poor information from Express Passport and re-phoning the State Dept. I had to overnight another form at my expense. The State Dept received my information but NO EXPRESS PASSPORT to pick up my passport and get it to me. Which of course I had already paid for. Many phone calls and emails and still no response from Marion at Express Passport or anyone else. When I finally spoke with someone from E.P she had every excuse as to why this was not her problem. When I asked her what it actually was that this company did she hung up on me! Now the companies mailbox is full and I am canceling a trip that has been planned for many months. Save your money! This company is a ripoff!!

I wouldn't recommend using this company. You can't renew the passport through this company. The money charged is for handling & shipping (a $50 shipping fee!!), but they don't handle anything. Their "terms" state you can't get a refund even when you discover they aren't providing the service you thought you were getting. Save your money and renew with the government.
