I am so pleased with the service I received from Express Passports, especially John Krebs. Not only did I receive my passport (and my baby's passport) within 2 weeks, Express Passports organized everything so all I had to do was go to the courthouse and provide the package they prepared. I had to last minute get my passport renewed that was referred to Express Passport and was above and beyond very pleased! They were easy to talk to and worked well as a team. I called a couple times, due to I'm a bit OCD, and they were very kind to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to over communicate. I AM 82 AND I WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO READ THE INSTRUCTION VERY WELL..I SCEWED UP BECAUSE I FAILED TO READ THE FINE PRINT AND IT CAUSED DELAY IN GETTING MY PASSPORT..IF I HAD NOT HAD JACOB TO HELP ME I WOULD STILL BE WAITING FOR MY PASSPORT..HE WAS GREAT!!
