My order was cancelled and not delivered. 5 business days (7 total) after my credit card was charged I received an email that my order had been cancelled. It has been an additional 10 business days since I received notice that my order was cancelled and I have not been refunded my money. 20 total days since being charged and have not received a refund. Horrible customer service. Do not trust this company.

We’re extremely sorry we were unable to fulfill your order. Unprecedented demand for COVID-19 related products has prompted our suppliers to place products on allocation, directing deliveries solely to hospitals and other critical care facilities. Your order was one of 10K+ orders our team has been working tirelessly to cancel. we have checked into your account and you have been fully refunded. Please know this is not normal for us. We sincerely hope you can forgive us for the inconvenience.

We understand your frustration with this matter, Please note we do have a 3-5 business shipping and due to COVID-19 there is a delay in shipping.
