I got a credit (refund) for my order. I was not notified that the item was not in stock. Real bad website, not up-to-date. The credit came way before the notice that my ordered item was not in stock. I was so confused why I had a credit. I needed the item badly so I ordered from another supplier just yesterday, not knowing what happened to my order from Expressmed.

I tried to order through the website but it wouldn't accept my credit card. I finally gave up and called the toll-free phone number. I got an associate almost immediately. I placed my order for "strips" noting that 2 orders of 5 boxes was less expensive than 1 order of 10 boxes. My order arrived while I was on vacation but was in good shape when I opened it.
