The Prevalon boot I ordered for my father was delivered to him within 2 days and I ordered on a Saturday! The fast (free) service was great and he is satisfied with the boot!

I bought a shower chair. The product was sent with the wrong size metal side bar and was too big for our shower. I called to get the product returned and was told that I had to pay for the return shipping and that if the box was opened and the warehouse determines that the product cannot be resold then I would not receive a refund. The box was bigger than a piece of furniture and would cost way too much to chance not getting a refund so I am donating it to charity. There goes $90.00. Don’t use this company.
