Our family of five took a two week trip to Japan for the Winter holiday. Every detail of the trip was very thoughtfully planned out. Kervin took into account all of our requests for scheduling and itinerary. Because we had family friends that we were visiting, Kervin managed to accommodate our desires to do both some touristy things as well as have ample time to explore on our own and spend times with local friends. Every step of the itinerary was not only planned out well for us but communication of each of the transitions was also very detailed. All of this planning made for such an easy and enjoyable trip. All of the hotel accommodations that Kervin chose for us were very well situated and felt very upscale. As Explorient had planned our trip to China many years ago, we would highly recommend their services without reservation for any travel in Asia. We can’t wait for our next journey.

In Oct 2019, my wife and I entrusted the entire planning of our first, dream trip to Japan for a week to Explorient Travel Services. Our trip was arranged for early Dec 2019. Right from the first phone call to Explorient, it was clear to us that we could not have picked a better or more caring team to work with. This is especially true of Mr. Kervin Yu, who was always wonderful to interact with, promptly responded to all our emails and phone calls, and also understood and took care of our special needs. He spared no efforts in ensuring that from beginning till end, our stay in Japan and all sight seeing arrangements made through Explorient would lead to a most memorable and flawless trip of a lifetime. The hotels were superb; as also the tour guides selected for us in Tokyo and Kyoto, Ms. Shinohara and Mr. Miyoshi, respectively. Both were very cordial, and spoke very good English, and this made communication with them enjoyable. They were also highly knowledgeable about all the places we visited in both cities, and we could learn so much from them about the historic sites we visited, as well as Japanese history and culture overall. The trip to Nara and visit to Todaiji temple were unforgettable. Most importantly, we can not praise Kervin at Explorient Services enough for his insights, superb skills in communication , and for providing such caring and outstanding customer-centered service. Based on our overall experience during this trip, I am delighted to recommend Kervin and Explorient travel services to everyone !

Never having been to Asia, my spouse and I needed someone to coordinate a trip to both countries. We also needed help in coordinating a two week stay with family living in southern Japan before starting our tour. Kervin with Explorient was fantastic! Unlike other agencies, Kervin was flexible. He asked and listened to what we were interested in seeing and how we wanted to spend our time. We worked through several alternative itineraries finally deciding on what worked for us. Kervin was attentive to every detail and quickly responded to emails and phone calls. The entire trip, consisting of private tours in each city, was completely orchestrated. Once on the tour everything went flawlessly. The tour guides met us on time, were very knowledgeable, personable, and proficient in English. The sites we visited were fantastic and each local guide knew how to avoid heavy crowds while providing a look into the culture of the area (the out-of-the-way spots that were not frequented by the average tourist). They were a wealth of information and cheerfully answered our many questions along the way. The travel documents provided by Explorient were accurate and delivered on time. All flight arrangements, including connecting flights, were perfect. All in all, the trip and our experience with Explorient exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with all aspects of the trip. Thank you very much for the trip of a lifetime!

Explorient Travel Services staff did an outstanding job in making sure we had a fabulous time visiting Tokyo and Kyoto. A great deal of time was invested up front planning hotel accommodations and tours so high expectations were set early on. Accommodations were excellent. The tours were interesting and nicely paced so we were busy easy day but not exhausted. And enough can not be said about how knowledgeable, engaging and friendly our four tour guides were over our 10 day stay. The hand off from between tour guides was seamless so it was so easy to simply enjoy each days activities. Bravo and well done.

I highly recommend Explorient to anyone traveling to Asia. Kervin at Explorient helped me plan our family trip to Singapore and Hong Kong and because of him we had the trip of a lifetime! Every single thing Kervin organized for us exceeded our exceptions. The transportation was so organized, the tour guides were incredibly kind and knowledgable, the hotels were EXACTLY what we hoped for and all of his suggestions seemed tailor-made for our family. I especially appreciate how Kervin helped me choose destinations and accommodations that would impress my teenage daughters. He made me look like a star! To say we had a stellar time in Hong Kong and Singapore would be a major understatement. Kervin at Explorient helped me plan a trip to Japan with my 3 children and my parents. We had such an amazing time! Such care was given with the planning details, including drivers for my parents when walking was tough and finding restaurants for some picky eaters. The guides were amazing and every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend Explorient!
