My dive buddy and I were aboard the Dec 4-11 St Maarten trip and had a fantastic time! The vessel, food, skipper, dive masters and crew were amazing and definitely dedicated themselves to ensuring the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all aboard. We were impressed by the dive briefings which also proved educational (thanks to Gabe, Adam & Kirsten). AND let me give a big shout out to Julian for making some of the most impressive meals I've had in years. Unfortunately, this trip was limited to Saba which although certainly enjoyable left us feeling empty as we couldn't make St Kitts which is the other 50% of the trip! We saw sharks, rays, octopus, eels etc. but were really looking forward to other sites further south. Oh well, realize itineraries are subject to change ... thanks for a great time folks!

Outstanding experience aboard the Turks & Caicos boat. The staff were Amazing. Carla a bright and always excited guide. Jo was the drama Queen, in a really good and fun way, like when she had all of us wear tutus for Tuesday. Then there was Jay aka our google. We renamed Alexa and Echo to Jay. We would yell out "HEY Jay" for any questions and this guy had the answers. Jay is by far the most knowledgeable guide I know. The food was very good and the Captain was with us everyday, not necessarily in the water but just hanging out. All around a classy company that ran a great trip. I highly recommend Explorer Ventures. 5 STARS!!!!

Just WOW...!!

We had the best time, got to see over a hundred mantas, the boat is amazing and the dive masters and staff are the best I’ve ever had. Everyone and everything was top notch, thank you very much. We where a group of nine and everyone of us had a great time , we will be back. Thank you upgrade Adventure travel. 😁👌👏🥂👍

Great trip to the best place to dive: the Galapagos. I liked the two new dive sites for the check dive and first dives: Baltra and Mosquera, much better than Itabaca channel. Wolf and Darwin are still my favorite dive sites. A special thanks to the cheerful crew and dive masters of Humboldt Explorer truly dynamic and positive. I also enjoyed the land tour at Seymour North.

Great liveaboard experience. Food was great, crew was great, diving was wonderful. We did have one rough night at sea where the furniture was going back in forth in the room and most of us were pretty sick that night but that's part of the experience!

Traveled Sept 2021. Excellent pre/post-trip assistance re covid forms and testing logistics. Direct pickup to/from airport to the boat was helpful. Rooms and common spaces unusually large, modern, well kept and sanitized daily, though did use traditional buffet lines for food (which was very good but a bit repetitive (local supply issues); several birthdays received special celebrations. No one wore masks but most (by informal poll were vaccinated and all tested). Did find that the mattress was a bit hard (another guest requested double mattresses). Dive briefings were excellent with videos, maps, creature briefings etc. Good boat safety briefing with daily reminders. DM's very ecologically and safety conscious and good at managing differential experience levels; boat crew especially attentive re-kitting up, cleaning gear, etc. Having a bathroom on the covered and large dhoni was nice. Efforts were made to accommodate different guest's dive expectations. Husband/wife cruise/dive directors were spectacularly good, dined with guests, solved problems seamlessly. Due to scheduling (4-5 dives a day + transits) dives were limited to 60 min (with a little slack when mantas encountered!). Guest dynamics unusual .. one very large dive club that generally was together all the time + several guests who were friendly but English language challenged. Cultural diversity was nice but made interactions stilted and isolated at times. Definitely an upper end dive boat (we've been on 15+)

Fabulous time in Egypt. Saw a shark ( reef?) from the boat , but others got to come face to face with an oceanic white tip. I saw the pictures. Reefs were like a fairy land covered with fish and corals !!!!!
