Patience is a virtue
I will say that explodely is caught in the middle between buyer and seller. But they are fair to both sides . Thats the reason for the mixed reviews because people don't think about what everyone else is having to deal with just their own problem. In all my dealings with explodely involved my issues were dealt with to my satisfaction but sometimes you have to go through the process to allow the seller to resolve the issue first. iF THEY FAIL TO RESOLVE IT WITH YOU(the seller) and your still not happy then explodely WILL fix it for you. All these people with 1 star reviews didn't allow the fair treatment of all parties and just care about there own problems. Bottom line is if you go through the steps fully, you will be taken care of .. period. So if I ever see explodely is involved with the sale of anything I feel confident to proceed with purchasing the product. Hope this helps people going forward. So I want to say thank you explodely keep up the good work
