Explodely is a SCAM
I attempted to get a refund for a scam company Athena AI that Explodely bills for. They said 60 day money back guarantee. Explodely has ignored my request for refund. I tried their customer service line and email. They have been unresponsive. As far as I am concerned Explodely is also a scam. Do not do any business with them. Do not waste your money or time After reading their response I will add that i already did everything they mentioned BEFORE the reply. As far as rhe ticket number it is 35003523. All rhatvi have i have gotten are emails saying they "understand my concern and before we close you out here is a counteroffer firvyoubto consider" when I say no I get more of the sane. I have asked fur avrefundvper agreement at least 4 separate times. This has been ongoing since July 27, 2026. Here it is a month away and I have not recieved my refund of $147. Again, do bot do business with either of the companies, unless of course you want the headache I am dealing with right now!
