Product was obviously an old batch as gel had totally crystallised in all the tubes and is unusable, total waste of money and I haven’t get been offered a replacement or refund or in fact any explanation or correspondence back

Dear Stella We apologize but have not received any emails from you? However, based on your comments, the gel is not old at all but rather a sign that you are receiving a very high quality teeth whitening gel. Slight Crystallization at the tip of the syringe of the higher percentage gels (35% and 44%) is normal. This indicates that you are receiving the finest quality gel available on the market and guarantees whitening results, every time. If you do not have some crystals in the higher percentages you are receiving an inferior product. Why does this crystallization happen? Carbamide Peroxide has a saturation point of 30%. After 30% the remaining percentage forms tiny crystals in the gel, which tend to gravitate towards the tip of the syringe. Sometimes making the gel hard to squeeze out. This happens sometimes after a long transit to its destination. How do you dislodge/ activate the crystals? Remove syringe cap. . Insert a paperclip (or similar object) into the opening of the syringe to dislodge the crystals and very slightly move your plunger. (.This mixes the crystals back into the gel.) . I have been using these teeth whitening products for about 7 years now. Professional grade, easy to use, and amazing results. I do monthly touch ups to keep my smile bright. The pricing is excellent! I recommend getting the the blue mineralizing gel also and use immediately following each treatment. I do not have any sensitivity when I use the two together.
