The delivery time wasn't too bad…
The delivery time wasn't too bad considering it comes from America. However, I've been using the system with the gels bought first (didn't know tray wasn't included so ordered tray separately!) For 2 weeks and not seen much difference unfortunately and that's with the 35%. I also keep reading that these led lights are a gimmick and wont actually help teeth whiten. Apparently it's got to be UV lights that work.

Dear Zoe Thank you for you review. You purchased only the tray and LED light only. You did not purchase expertwhite gels, so we are not sure what gel you are using and the efficacy of it. This product is the strongest…
This product is the strongest available. It took 3 15 minute sessions to see a difference. My teeth were not very yellow to begin with. Expected quicker results.

Slight whitening to these old teeth
Slight whitening to these old teeth. Was nice to not hurt while bleaching like it did yrs. ago. Bought the 35% @ 30 min. Might try a little longer in future if tolerable.

I ve used this about 5 times over a period of 2 weeks. Not really impressed so far. I did read a review that it works with a blue light. Hmmm so possibly my next purchase. However on its own its very poor

Dear Joyce We are sorry to hear that you are not experiencing the results you desire. When you whiten your teeth you are whitening extrinsically (outside in). This is the removal of stains no matter how many years they have been there. Your teeth will whiten to their original whiteness that you were born with. That can be one of three natural shades for teeth. The base can be a yellow base, white base or gray base. There are a few reasons that some people (less than 3%) of people do not experience whitening results. The intrinsic (inside) part of the tooth has been damaged due to some of the following reasons: 1) Being exposed to tetracycline / antibiotics as a child. 2) Over fluoridated drinking water or over supplementation of fluoride as a child or damage to the tooth. 3) When the teeth are stained early in life, as they are developing in the child, will be harder to remove with any teeth whitening procedure other than successful removing of surface stains . 4) Humans are born with one of 3 natural colors to their teeth. White yellow and gray. Teeth whitening will get teeth white as they can be, but the natural tooth hue will always be there. Whitening your teeth once a day for 7 days in succession should see your teeth the whitest that they can be.

Bit dissapointed
There was no kit sent with this product also no syringe tip which means the bleach just blobs out, on the positive side it's nice and minty with good results
