Wanted to come show appreciation to Sam Parker that works for Expert Code Craft he was very understanding and wanted to make sure that he what we wanted

Ethan was very responsive and communicated very well what was needed to get my company's website live. The end product was very good!

PRO 1. They understand the business requirements well and deliver on the content very well. There are always options provided to choose from which is a great way to prompt for what is required with the customer. 2. The quality of the pictures and images are excellent and relevant for the theme. 3. The turnaround time was great and the response was quick. CON 1. Need patience when dealing with customers and especially when you wait for us to deliver something. Cognizant to the fact that while it is your job to do website projects, it is one of our responsibilities amongst many other things. It may take time and you need to show that empathy.

Ethan and his team were very thorough and paid attention to details that were important to our company. Ethan was also very patient with working with me and my busy schedule. Thank you so much!
