BEWARE: Misleading, Unprofessional, and Unauthorized System Access What started as a promising project quickly turned into a nightmare. We originally hired "Ryan" (who also goes by "Jordan") for Website/AI services, but the situation degraded rapidly. If you are considering working with him, be extremely cautious: Escalating Demands for Money: After the initial agreement, the constant requests for additional funds began and never stopped. Unprofessional & Hostile Behavior: Ryan/Jordan is rude, routinely talks over clients, and acts completely unprofessionally. Even after being explicitly instructed in writing and over the phone to stop contacting us, he continued to call and email. Unauthorized System Access: Most concerning of all, he accessed our private systems after we specifically revoked permission and instructed him not to, both verbally and in writing. Deceptive Identity & Location: He claims to work out of New York, but he changed his email, uses shady tactics, and operates out of an offshore company in India masquerading as a U.S.-based business. Payment Red Flags & Overdue Work: Watch out for requests to send money via Zelle. The AI Call Agent we paid for was not built until months later, and the funds we paid upfront were never returned. Save yourself the head-aching security risks and financial loss. If you absolutely need freelance services for your business, stick to vetted platforms like Fiverr where there is buyer protection and dispute resolution. Avoid this person and company at all costs. 0 Stars was unavailable!

This company called my company numerous times over one week. I promised them I would look at their services and when I finally explored them, I got on a call with one of their sales people. I explained my business and told him what I needed help with. Then he told me, as a policy, they don’t work with alcohol or gambling companies. “Wine and Spirits” is in the name of my company!!!! What a waste of time.

Continuing to call me and harass me. Take note that none of their reviews come from a verified user... Except mine!!!

Costant phone calls wanting me to pay them $200

Cold call representatives are rude keep calling back and then when politely declining their “service” abruptly hang up. When you call someone on a sales call basic standards of politeness as well as observing wishes not to call back should be the minimum standard.

The wordpress sites built by this company do not have adequate security. I recently posted a link to a business's website that had been built by this company, and was alerted about potential malware by a commenter. Upon downloading and analyzing the code, I found a highly obfuscated client-side script that could download and execute arbitrary code from an unknown source. Clearly, the website has been compromised due to inadequate security settings, leading me to believe this vendor is not competent or is cutting corners.
