BEWARE: Misleading, Unprofessional, and Unauthorized System Access What started as a promising project quickly turned into a nightmare. We originally hired "Ryan" (who also goes by "Jordan") for Website/AI services, but the situation degraded rapidly. If you are considering working with him, be extremely cautious: Escalating Demands for Money: After the initial agreement, the constant requests for additional funds began and never stopped. Unprofessional & Hostile Behavior: Ryan/Jordan is rude, routinely talks over clients, and acts completely unprofessionally. Even after being explicitly instructed in writing and over the phone to stop contacting us, he continued to call and email. Unauthorized System Access: Most concerning of all, he accessed our private systems after we specifically revoked permission and instructed him not to, both verbally and in writing. Deceptive Identity & Location: He claims to work out of New York, but he changed his email, uses shady tactics, and operates out of an offshore company in India masquerading as a U.S.-based business. Payment Red Flags & Overdue Work: Watch out for requests to send money via Zelle. The AI Call Agent we paid for was not built until months later, and the funds we paid upfront were never returned. Save yourself the head-aching security risks and financial loss. If you absolutely need freelance services for your business, stick to vetted platforms like Fiverr where there is buyer protection and dispute resolution.
